About The Position

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring full-time crew members and lube technicians. No prior experience is required; the company provides training to perform oil changes, replace wiper blades and air filters, inflate tires, and complete other light maintenance services. The role suits people who are willing to learn, work hard, and bring a positive attitude to the shop. Compensation is up to $15 per hour through base pay and commissions, with weekly bonuses also available. Take 5 offers paid training and opportunities to advance into leadership roles. The position includes customer service, vehicle maintenance, inventory, and shop-cleanliness duties.

Requirements

• No previous experience is required; must be willing to learn, work hard, and bring a positive attitude.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow, 3-foot-deep pit to position safely under cars.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, and twist for extended periods and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning.
• Must be willing to work in hot or cold weather conditions when necessary.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop.
• Must be over 18 years of age, or over 16 in Arizona, Idaho, Kansas, New Mexico, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, and Wyoming.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filters.
• Wash windshields and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock inventory and maintain inventory levels on the floor.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
