About The Position

Huron is seeking a temporary contract resource to support critical business needs through the end of the summer. This is a full-time, time-limited engagement designed to provide additional capacity across operational workflows while also helping test a key staffing and work segmentation model in a controlled environment. This role will primarily support Pre/Post operations, with additional support provided to the Clinical/Contracts Team. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented.

Requirements

  • Current student graduating in '27 or '28
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage repetitive and transactional work with accuracy
  • Comfortable working within defined processes and systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn new tools, workflows, and business processes

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in administrative, operational, project support, or coordinator-type work preferred

Responsibilities

  • Supporting day-to-day Pre/Post operational activities
  • Completing administrative and transactional tasks accurately and on time
  • Following established workflows, processes, and service standards
  • Assisting with execution of work aligned to the current segmentation model deployed in ROCC
  • Helping assess whether lower-complexity work can be effectively managed by a less experienced resource
  • Escalating issues or exceptions when needed
  • Supporting intake-related activities for the Clinical/Contracts Team
  • Assisting in the creation and organization of Claude Tools across the business
  • Helping document processes, manage inputs, and maintain consistency across workflows
  • Partnering with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
  • Providing flexible support based on evolving business needs and priorities
