About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties. This role supports managers and staff by assisting with daily office operations and managing general administrative activities within the PAS Department.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email systems, etc.)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Customer service-oriented with a professional demeanor
  • Bilingual in Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Perform general clerical duties, with a focus on accurate and timely filing of client documentation
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls; take and relay messages as needed
  • Draft and distribute emails, correspondence, memos, letters, faxes, and forms
  • Maintain visit records in the Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) system
  • Provide training and orientation to clients and attendants on EVV compliance requirements
  • Assist at the front desk by greeting visitors, applicants, and directing them appropriately
  • Support overall office operations and complete additional duties as assigned
