About The Position

In this role, you help keep the revenue cycle running smoothly by ensuring accurate and timely clerical support across Central Business Office and Single Billing Office teams. Your attention to detail directly supports efficient billing operations and helps ensure patients and payers are processed correctly and on time.

Requirements

  • Highschool diploma or GED Equivalent required
  • One year of experience in office or clerical work strongly preferred
  • Experience with automated patient accounting systems preferred; EPIC Resolute Experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of insurance contracts, billing regulations, and medical terminology preferred
  • Familiarity with HCPCS/CPT/ICD-10 and revenue codes preferred
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Central Business Office and Single Billing Office staff
  • Assist with processing, organizing, and maintaining accurate financial and patient account documentation
  • Support revenue cycle workflows using automated patient accounting systems, including Epic Resolute (preferred)
  • Apply knowledge of insurance contracts, billing regulations, and medical terminology to daily work
  • Utilize HCPCS/CPT/ICD-10 and revenue codes as needed
  • Use Microsoft Office applications to support reporting, documentation, and communication needs
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and ensure timely workflow completion
