About The Position

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. The Office Clerk will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude to support daily office functions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
  • Proven experience as an office clerk, administrative assistant, or similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
  • Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both electronic and physical
  • Assist in processing incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Support other departments with administrative duties as needed
