About The Position

Administrative Resource Options is looking to hire an Office Services - Hospitality Lead in Chicago, IL. This role involves managing a meeting space with 12 rooms of varying capacities, ensuring a great first impression for visitors, and supporting various events. Requirements

  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Minimum essential functions include being able to lift 50 pounds.
  • Concierge: 1 year (Required)
  • Reception: 1 year (Required)
  • Microsoft Office Experience

Nice To Haves

  • Working with conference audio and video experience is preferred.
  • Past event and hospitality experience is preferred.
  • A/V equipment set up: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Manage a meeting place consisting of 12 rooms ranging from capacity of 5 people to 100.
  • Create a great first impression.
  • Manage a calendar.
  • Work well with others.
  • Be technically efficient to connect online and assist in AV.
  • Understand the importance of "big events" like board meetings and town halls.
  • Be reliable.
  • Assist with conference audio and video.
  • Be cross-trained in other areas of Office Services.
