About The Position

Serenity is seeking compassionate, influential leaders to join their team as Hospitality Leads. This role does not require prior industry experience but emphasizes leadership, drive, and a genuine commitment to making a difference. The Hospitality Lead will connect deeply with individuals, guide them through their options, address concerns, and help them take the next steps in their journey, while also supporting their team. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong customer service mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and basic math skills
• Minimum of 3 years of full-time experience preferably in leadership
• Experience in roles like: orthopedic, dental or vision offices, caregiver for children with disabilities (e.g., autism, muscular dystrophy), professional tutoring, personal coaching, or high-end restaurant service

• Be adaptable and step in for other roles when necessary
