About The Position

The Hospitality Lead is responsible for owning and elevating the end-to-end guest, client, and associate experience. This role involves leading front-of-house operations with a white-glove, high-touch standard, creating memorable experiences, and anticipating needs with proactive, personalized service. The Lead will oversee meeting rooms, catering, and event execution, partner with Executive Assistants and business leaders, and lead, coach, and inspire the Hospitality Coordinator. Additionally, the role includes setting and refining hospitality standards, managing vendor relationships, and acting as the face of the office.
