About The Position

Functions as the lead member and is responsible for providing leadership, a high level of customer-focused service, and promoting a positive and professional image in all situations. Daily work schedules and responsibilities fluctuate according to business needs. Performs training, coaching and counseling, of both new and existing employees. In the absence of the Hospitality Services supervisor, assumes the daily duties as relief supervisor.

Requirements

  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, and other shifts.
  • Three (3) years of experience in the hospitality industry or two (2) years in a similar position.
  • Basic ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions.
  • Successful L2 Background screening for anyone requiring access to SMH behavioral health facilities.

  • Valid Driver's License
