We are currently seeking a Office Services Clerk/Receptionist (Full Time) to join our administration team. This position reports to the Director of HR & Operations and is scheduled to work 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday in the office.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional service environment
  • Ability to multi-task, manage competing priorities and function well in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong interpersonal skills, impeccable teamwork and client service focus
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently, exercise good judgement, confidentiality, and to adapt to changing demands

Responsibilities

  • Managing our switchboard
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail, as well as deliveries
  • Providing administrative support to our legal staff and the Management team as needed
  • Stocking of supplies in kitchen, reception, and copy area
  • Greeting clients, lawyers, support staff
  • Event planning
  • Arranging catering for client meetings and firm functions
  • Scheduling and setting up boardroom meetings
  • Maintaining and updating various records
  • Assisting with general cleaning duties as needed in the office
  • Communicating maintenance issues to building management
