The main purpose of this position is to function as an Office Services Clerk Lead for the MDH - Office of Eligibility Services - Eligibility Determinations Division. This position assigns, reviews, and approves the work of and trains lower-level clerks performing diverse clerical duties, which support agency operations. This position works closely with the Office Supervisor to ensure the timely completion of clerical functions, accurate interpretation of, and compliance with office regulations and procedures.
