About The Position

Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office & Facilities Coordinator to support day-to-day operations within a busy corporate office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys being a go-to resource for office support, event coordination, and facilities management.

Requirements

  • Prior professional experience in an office or corporate environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the day
  • Comfortable lifting and carrying up to 15 pounds
  • Ability to push/pull carts and reach as needed

Responsibilities

  • Assist with catering coordination for corporate training sessions, meetings, and company events
  • Partner with building services, vendors, and suppliers to support office operations
  • Create and manage security badges for new hires and deactivate access for departing employees
  • Order and maintain office and kitchen supplies to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Sort, distribute, and manage incoming and outgoing mail for the corporate office and affiliated teams
  • Support office upkeep by restocking kitchens and pantries as needed
  • Provide general administrative and facilities support across the office
