About The Position

The Bureau of Regulatory Operations is looking for an Office Professional that will coordinate a wide range of administrative functions and support bureau's program activities. The Bureau of Regulatory Operations (BRO) is responsible for licensing, certification, and enforcement for health care facilities, services, and programs.

Requirements

  • 6 mos. trg. or 6 mos. exp. in using personal computer & related business office software
  • 6 mos. trg. or 6 mos. exp. in office practices & procedures
  • OR 6 mos. exp. as Office Professional 1, 12141.
  • OR Equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above.

  • Official educational transcripts are required for all post-high school educational accomplishments, coursework or degrees claimed on the application.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clerical support for regulatory and public health programs
  • Prepare, edit, and maintain correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents
  • Manage records, databases, tracking logs, and filing system to ensure accurate documentation and compliance
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events, including materials preparation and logistics
  • Process incoming and outgoing communications, mail and program-related documentation
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for phone inquiries and customer service requests
  • Support program operations through data entry, reporting, and project coordination activities
  • Maintain Office supplies, equipment requests and other administrative functions
