About The Position

Nationwide Studios is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Seasonal Production Associate for its Legacy Production team. The role processes and prepares school photography products and helps ensure production deadlines are met during the busy season. The position is in an office located in Goodlettsville, Tennessee.

Requirements

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Review and upload SD cards from picture day events.
• Review, edit, and process images using company software.
• Label, border, and render class photos for online sales.
• Maintain production workflows, queues, and deadlines in a timely manner.
• Ensure accuracy and quality throughout all stages of image processing and production.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Perform accurate data entry and verify information before and after job processing.
