About The Position

Join our Managed Services team at J. J. Keller as we help employers protect people and the businesses they run. With more than 7 million employers in this country, the need for our safety and compliance solutions is always growing. J. J. Keller has a REMOTE - Office Operations opening in one of our fastest growing departments called Managed Services. This department is comprised of fleet and regulatory compliance experts who clients rely on to off-load the time consuming / complex tasks of managing driver safety and vehicle compliance. Our internal team of 400+ compliance associates perform work to ensure our clients stay up-to-date on various regulatory requirements. In this Office Operations role you will be responsible for the set up of clinics across the country for our clients to use for drug and alcohol testing.

Requirements

  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED).
  • 4+ years of experience in a deadline-driven environment.
  • 1+ years of experience in client service, preferably in a services delivery environment.
  • Must be proficient in the use of a PC and MS Office Suite, including intermediate to advanced functions.
  • Commitment to providing outstanding client service.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational, problem solving, and analysis skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to lead and train others and nurture a strong team environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in managed services preferred.
  • In lieu, will consider a combination of experience and post-secondary education.
  • Knowledge of applicable regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as the primary interface between J. J. Keller and drug testing clinics, to include such tasks as: Maintaining an open line of communication via phone, e-mail, fax, and correspondence Identifying and resolving invoice and payment issues Updating client specific profile information
  • Assists the client service team with determining clients' needs and educating clients on regulatory requirements, providing interpretations and best practiices.
  • Manages new client clinic set-ups within the systems, ensuring accuracy and well documented client customizations.
  • Determines feasibility of adding new clinics per customer request based on Company criteria.
  • Recruits new clinics as needed, determines pricing and obtains agreements.
  • Participates in visits with clinics and labs either at JJKA or at vendor sites to test performance, deliver training, and ensure services levels are maintained while monitoring and managing costs.
  • Provides training and education to associates, clinics and labs on regulations, best practices, industry changes, procedures and systems.
  • Keep up-to-date and knowledgeable on the various applicable local, state, and federal regulations as well as those guidelines regarding the release of information under HIPAA.
  • Maintains confidentiality of client information under the FCRA, HIPAA, and other regulatory entities.
  • Adheres to the department's data security policies pertaining to Personal Identification Information.
