About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated, professional, and high-energy individual to join our team as Office Operations Support at our Nashville, TN office. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and callers, embodying the company's values and professionalism.
  • Manage the reception area to ensure a welcoming and efficient environment.
  • Provide support to employees by coordinating meeting rooms, handling correspondence, and managing office supplies.
  • Facilitate internal communications and assist with onboarding processes.
  • Participate in and lead various projects that contribute to the improvement of office operations and employee experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments on company-wide initiatives.
  • Oversee the setup and troubleshooting of audiovisual equipment for meetings and presentations.
  • Ensure seamless operation of all technical aspects during events and conferences.
  • Work closely with the facilities team to maintain a safe, efficient, and pleasant work environment.
  • Act as a key player in emergency response and building maintenance processes.
