Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data analysis, and pivot tables preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day administration and maintenance of sales tools, including Salesforce CRM and CPQ platforms
  • Perform regular data audits, identify inconsistencies, and execute data clean-up activities to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Participate in quality assurance (QA) testing to validate system updates and enhancements prior to deployment
  • Create, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards that provide visibility into sales performance and key business metrics
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues
  • Continuously expand knowledge of business processes, systems, and tools to support evolving operational needs
  • Assist with additional projects and responsibilities as assigned
