Requirements

The successful candidate will be preferably entering Junior or Senior year of college and enrolled in an accredited college or university in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business or Psychology.
A minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred; however, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
Must possess knowledge of MS Office; specifically, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, strong attention to detail, strong organization and analytical skills, ability to set and work to deadlines.

Responsibilities

Support research of relevant business, industry, and market topics.
Assist with project tracking, reporting, and documentation.
Contribute to presentations, summaries, and internal communications.
Participate in team meetings, capturing key notes and action items.
Assist with data gathering and basic analysis.
Observe Investor Relations activities by sitting in on select meetings and calls, to gain general exposure.
Shadow senior Investor Relations team members during select meetings and calls, as appropriate, to gain exposure to stakeholder interactions and IR practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide coordination support.
Complete project work as assigned, aligned to team priorities.
Participate in intern orientation programming and development sessions as scheduled.
Take on ad hoc assignments and demonstrate initiative in improving processes or deliverables.
