About The Position

Kenny Habetz Injury Law is looking for a dependable, organized, and personable Office Operations Coordinator to support the daily flow of our office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable balancing administrative support with hands-on operational tasks. As the Office Operations Coordinator, you will serve as a key support person for the day-to-day operations of the firm. This role is a blend of front office support, administrative coordination, and operational assistance that helps keep the office running smoothly and efficiently each week. You will be trusted to handle a variety of responsibilities ranging from greeting clients, covering the front desk, completing time-sensitive tasks and supporting the internal team as needed. No two days will look exactly the same, so adaptability, reliability, and a willingness to jump in are essential to success in this role.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
  • Reliable and professional with strong communication skills
  • Comfortable interacting with clients in person and over the phone
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple small tasks throughout the day
  • Comfortable driving locally for tasks and office support needs
  • Positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed

Responsibilities

  • Covering and supporting the reception area
  • Greeting clients and visitors professionally
  • Answering inbound calls
  • Assisting with office organization and administrative tasks
  • Supporting local business tasks as needed
  • Making bank deposits and handling office-related pickups/deliveries
  • Assisting attorneys and staff with operational support tasks
  • Helping maintain a welcoming, organized, and efficient office environment
