As the Office Operations Coordinator, you will serve as a key support person for the day-to-day operations of the firm. This role is a blend of front office support, administrative coordination, and operational assistance that helps keep the office running smoothly and efficiently each week. You will be trusted to handle a variety of responsibilities ranging from greeting clients, covering the front desk, completing time-sensitive tasks and supporting the internal team as needed. No two days will look exactly the same, so adaptability, reliability, and a willingness to jump in are essential to success in this role.
