About The Position

This role focuses on creating a seamless patient arrival experience by managing the check-in and out process with a focus on hospitality and clinical readiness. The assistant will ensure the accuracy of patient care records by verifying demographic and insurance data, support the financial health of the clinic by securing necessary insurance authorizations and managing daily co-payments and deposits, and orchestrate the clinic’s daily flow by scheduling appointments and managing medical record requests.

Requirements

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
