About The Position

Avita Health System is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant for its Health Services Department, serving the Orthopedics - Diehl practice at its Bucyrus location. The position performs administrative and direct care services to promote patient comfort and customer satisfaction. It is responsible for patient flow throughout the visitation process and for performing required procedures and tasks as directed. The listed schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., for 80 hours per pay period.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• BLS certification, or ability to obtain it within 30 days of hire.
• Valid driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

• Certification or registration as a Medical Assistant, STNA, EMT, or Paramedic.
