Caliber Collision is seeking an Office Manager for its Service Center in Jacksonville, FL - San Marco. This role involves performing various duties including assisting front office teammates with the necessary tools, training, and information, providing accurate and timely payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping for all center associates, maintaining Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable accounts, and Cash Handling procedures to company standards, and ensuring a world-class customer experience through consistent application of Caliber Standard Operating Procedures.
