About The Position

Dark Wolf is seeking a part-time Office Manager to join our newest office in Tampa, FL. The successful candidate will support multiple office functions including: Reception, Executive Support, Billing, Stocking/Inventory, Vendor Relationships, and other administrative duties such as: Assisting leadership with Dark Wolf hosted meetings and conferences. Receiving and screening telephone calls, mail, and/or visitors. Maintaining active filing systems including electronic files. Printing and collating proposals, corporate presentations, and reports. Providing vendor management for all office supplies. Ordering all supplies for the company. Being the point of contact to our landlord for office issues. Going to the store/bank/UPS etc. as needed by the office. Maintaining orderliness of the kitchen. Emptying dishwasher, refill drinks/snacks, clean beverage machines, and making sure the kitchen is presentable. Maintaining orderliness of the entire office. Wiping down whiteboards, conference tables, seats, windows - making sure the office is presentable. Coordinating all catering needs, office parties, etc. Drafting various documents using Dark Wolf templates. Managing receipts for monthly credit card expenses. This position is based out of Tampa, FL and is part-time on an as needed schedule. The Office Manager is expected to be available for customer and office support for 4 hours a day. Requirements

  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with expertise in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Ability to work during core office hours
