About The Position

Odyssey House of Utah is seeking a Full-Time Office Manager! Manage a team of 2 employees Support with checking patients in/scheduling/etc when needed Cover front desk when an employee is out Ensure expectations/daily tasks are being met and completed Speak to unregulated patients Answer phone calls to schedule appointments, answer questions, connect with drug reps, etc Check all patient insurance for every appointment 3 days ahead Track all patient Medicaid changes for Billing team Track patient balances while checking insurance, leave notes in appointments to ensure balance collection Track no-show agreements for community patients, leaving notes in appointments for team to collect, as well as add to ‘No Show Agreement’ spreadsheet Audit schedule for any blocks to ensure all patients needing to be rescheduled are contacted Sort fax folders Monitor Monday.com appointment requests/transitioning out sheets Monitor group chats Communicate with OH Residential Health Service teams to ensure their clients receive quality/prompt care at the clinic Input HCV Paperwork results into RedCap for DHHS records Collaborate with outside residential facilities (First Step, 7th Street, House of Hope) to coordinate care for their clients

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Office Manager experience preferred
  • High school diploma
  • Willingness and ability to pass a criminal background check
  • First Aid and CPR Certification (available at Odyssey House)
  • Must comply with annual TB tests and Flu immunization
  • Must meet employment eligibility
  • Must be able to work variable shifts as needed
