About The Position

Responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the company by maintaining the office systems and organizes office operations and procedures. Responsible for all daily paperwork, maintaining customer and vendor relationships, and reconciliation of payments.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of applicable experience required.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business administration preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provides clerical support when needed to assist administrative staff with assigned administrative duties such as answering phones, sorting and distributing mail, and preparing documents, billing, etc.
  • Maintains inventory of office supplies; orders new supplies as needed.
  • Troubleshoots billing issues, receivables, and purchase orders.
  • Assists with vendor setup and customer portals.
  • Approves office supply orders.
  • Manages administrative personnel.
  • Approves and keeps up with employees’ time and PTO.
  • Assist with permits in surrounding counties.
  • Performs other related duties.
  • Comply with federal and state law, regulations, and all Company rules.
  • Participate in online and in-person training and other educational opportunities to develop knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Any other job-related activities requested by immediate supervisor.
