About The Position

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join their team. This role plays a key part in supporting daily operations across multiple departments, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a seamless workflow.

  • Previous administrative or dealership experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Log and track incoming units with accuracy
  • Update and manage rebate information
  • Build and maintain organized folders with all required documentation
  • Input units into the dealership management system (DMS)
  • Complete title work online through the State of Alabama
  • Assist the Finance & Insurance (F&I) department with paperwork and funding processes
  • Close deals within the DMS system
  • Collaborate with Lead Generators and the Sales Department
  • Process warranty registrations
  • Conduct post-sale follow-up with customers
  • Submit all necessary paperwork for funding in a timely manner
  • Support the Managing Partner with special projects as needed
  • Work closely with Parts and Service Departments on invoices
