This is an early-start role for someone with high energy who takes pride in being the ultimate support staff member—a doer who keeps things moving day-to-day rather than focusing on high-level strategy. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
  • A natural doer who takes ownership and is accountable for seeing work through to completion.
  • Takes initiative without being asked—notices when something is undone, unclean, or out of order and acts on it.
  • Prepared and enjoys starting the day organized and ready.
  • Brings professional maturity and good judgment, supporting the team wherever needed.
  • Discreet and trustworthy with confidential information.
  • Approachable and people-first, with high energy and a genuine interest in supporting others.
  • Dependable and consistent—the kind of person the team knows they can count on.
  • Comfortable with an early-start, full-time on-site schedule.

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and sound judgement.
