Holliday Ingram is seeking a relationship-driven and people-focused leader to join their team as an Office Manager supporting their Upstate office locations across Anderson, Greenville, and Spartanburg. In this role, you will serve as a key connector across offices, helping ensure employees feel supported, staffing needs are coordinated, and daily operations run smoothly. You will partner closely with attorneys and Closing Directors to support team members, manage coverage needs, and maintain consistency across locations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who leads with both accountability and care and someone who can support employees, bring clarity in busy moments, and help create a strong, connected team culture. The Office Manager is responsible for providing day-to-day leadership and support for administrative, reception, and closing support staff across multiple office locations throughout the Upstate. This role partners closely with attorneys, Closing Directors, and firm leadership to ensure employees are supported, staffing needs are effectively managed, and office operations remain consistent and efficient. As a leader within the organization, you will play a key role in fostering a positive team culture while helping ensure smooth coordination of workload, coverage, and communication across offices.
