About The Position

Mountain View Pain Center is a comprehensive pain management and rehabilitation practice committed to treating the whole patient with compassion, innovation, and teamwork. We blend chiropractic care, physical therapy, pain management, and acupuncture to create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that address pain at its source. Our collaborative, patient-centered approach ensures every patient receives coordinated care from a multidisciplinary team working together towards the goals of restoring function, improving quality of life, and promoting long-term wellness. At Mountain View Pain Center, we believe healing happens best when providers communicate, support one another, and place the patient experience at the center of everything we do. The company is seeking a motivated Office Manager to help lead daily operations, support staff, and ensure an outstanding patient experience in their growing multidisciplinary healthcare clinic. This role will rotate between the Lakewood and Lafayette clinics on a regular basis.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Strong customer service and de-escalation skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Access to reliable transportation for travel between the 2 offices

Nice To Haves

  • Some college preferred
  • Associate degree in a healthcare-related field preferred
  • Medical or healthcare office experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily clinic operations and staff support
  • Manage time-off requests and approve timecards
  • Train and support Front Desk staff
  • Assist with staffing coverage when needed
  • Lead monthly staff meetings
  • Ensure compliance with clinic policies and procedures
  • Create action plans to improve workflow and clinic efficiency
  • Communicate with staff, providers, management, and patients
  • Oversee clinic organization, inventory, and ordering
  • Monitor and report on key metrics including appointments, no-shows, cancellations, and scheduling
