About The Position

At Keystone Health, the Office Manager is expected to feel empowered and fulfilled while contributing to the mission of delivering heartfelt care. This full-time role (40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, no weekends or holidays) is within Keystone Internal Medicine. The position involves maintaining administrative staff through recruitment, selection, orientation, and training, as well as ensuring a safe and secure work environment and fostering personal growth opportunities. Supervisory responsibilities encompass a full range of personnel management and staff leadership, including forecasting and budgeting for staffing needs, interviewing, hiring, and training employees, planning and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining staff, and resolving complaints and problems. Requirements

  • Knowledge of medical office procedures
  • Knowledge of billing/coding and insurance company operating procedures
  • Ability to solve problems and correct errors
  • Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with other employees, patients, organizations, and the public
  • Versatility in all aspects of the office
  • Exceptional organizational and communications (verbal and written) skills
  • High school graduate or GED
  • Previous medical office supervisory experience
  • Experience in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships
  • Graduate from accredited Medical Secretarial or Medical Receptionist School or comparable work experience
