About The Position

Manyone is seeking an Office Manager to be the core support for their Brooklyn studio. This part-time role focuses on maintaining the studio's operational efficiency, providing team support, and ensuring a positive experience for clients. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with NYC leadership, as well as designers, strategists, project managers, and visiting colleagues from Manyone's global offices. Manyone is a strategy-design hybrid firm that integrates creative thinking, strategy, and technology to help businesses achieve rapid strategic change and world-class execution. With over 250 strategists, designers, and technologists across 15 locations in 10 countries, Manyone aims to be a leading business partner for clients seeking bold change.

Requirements

  • Experience in office management, studio management, or a similar operations role - ideally in a creative, agency, or design-driven environment
  • A sharp eye for detail and a sense of hospitality - you notice when something's off and quietly fix it before anyone else does
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle vendors, deliveries, and small fires without losing your cool
  • Clear, warm communicator - comfortable working with colleagues, freelancers, vendors, and clients
  • Self-directed and reliable during the hours you're on-site, with flexibility to flex up around events
  • Based within a reasonable commute to Dumbo
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Check supplies (coffee, paper, printer ink, pantry) and place weekly orders
  • Coordinate with building management on anything affecting day-to-day office life
  • Keep the studio client-ready - a tidy kitchen, a running dishwasher, a space that looks and feels cared for
  • Manage bike storage, commuter logistics, and guest access
  • Handle incoming mail and packages
  • Process invoices and receipts, and route them to accounting/bookkeeping
  • Coordinate team lunches, offsites, and social moments
  • Manage onboarding logistics for new hires and freelancers
  • Troubleshoot basic tech issues or coordinate with IT support
  • Keep printers and studio equipment in good shape
  • Manage conference room bookings
  • Coordinate courier pickups and deliveries (samples, print proofs, swag)
  • Schedule building maintenance and vendor visits
  • Book flights and accommodation for the team's business travel
  • Manage relationships with local vendors (print shops, fabricators, catering)
  • Handle FedEx/UPS shipments and coordinate with the loading dock when needed
  • Prepare for client presentations - tech setup, catering, seating
  • Coordinate with freelancers on access, NDAs, and desk assignments
  • Provide practical support before, during, and after studio events
  • Review event expenses and receipts
  • Source suppliers (catering, logistics, rentals)
