About The Position

We�re thrilled to announce the opening of Smile Straight Ortho (Greenville), a brand-new, state-of-the-art pediatric dental practice supported by Kids Dental Brands. Our mission is simple: to deliver high-quality, compassionate dental care to children in a fun and welcoming environment. As the Office Manager, you�ll play a key leadership role in overseeing daily operations to keep the practice running smoothly and efficiently. You�ll focus on optimizing communication, streamlining administrative procedures, managing inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring tasks are delegated effectively. We�re looking for an energetic professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats. Requirements

  • 3+ years as an office manager in a healthcare or dental setting

Responsibilities

  • Ensure quality and compassionate care is provided to every patient
  • Responsible for the operational readiness of the office
  • Develop organizational procedures and systems for office personnel, including filing, billing, AP, and scheduling
  • Review, implement, and maintain the company's policies and procedures
  • Order dental supplies and manage inventory
  • Uphold company core values of compassion, authenticity, talent, and teamwork
  • Define team roles and responsibilities and ensure progress toward goals
  • Guide all patients through the before and after treatment process
  • Train and develop back-office staff
