About The Position

Smile Straight Ortho (Greenville) is a brand-new, state-of-the-art pediatric dental practice supported by Kids Dental Brands, opening in Greenville, NC. The practice's mission is to deliver high-quality, compassionate dental care to children in a fun and welcoming environment. The Front Office Manager is the clinical leader at the office level and will primarily be responsible for supporting all front-office personnel. This role offers a unique opportunity to join as a founding team member and help shape the culture, workflows, and patient experience from day one, with support from an experienced regional leadership team and a strong network that values mentorship, collaboration, and professional growth.

Requirements

• 2+ years in dental or healthcare office management

Responsibilities

• Define team roles and responsibilities, ensures progress toward goals, foster team cooperation, and support group problem solving
• Uphold company core values of compassion, authenticity, talent, and teamwork
• Ensure quality and compassionate care is provided to every patient
• Greet patients and welcome them at check-in
• Review, implement, and maintain the company's policies and procedures
• Maintain and update patient information in the data system in compliance with privacy and security regulations
• Order dental supplies and manage inventory
• Training and development of front-office staff
