We are seeking a highly organized, approachable, and proactive Office Manager to support operations across our two headquarters office locations (Southeast/Central Austin). This newly created role will serve as the central point of coordination for office operations, employee experience, facilities support, and workplace organization. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and takes pride in creating an organized, welcoming, and highly functional workplace. This role requires an in-office presence for a minimum of four days per week, rotating between the two office locations.
