About The Position

We’re hiring an organized and proactive Office Manager to keep our office running smoothly while supporting key administrative and light bookkeeping functions. This is a highly visible role that partners across teams, supports leadership, and helps create an organized, efficient, and well-supported workplace. This role is onsite Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm located in our Bluffdale, UT HQ.

Requirements

  • Experience in office management, administration, bookkeeping, or similar work
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working in spreadsheets and cloud-based systems
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience supporting month-end close or bookkeeping processes
  • Familiarity with ERP systems or expense management tools

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure a smooth, efficient workplace
  • Act as the main point of contact for visitors, vendors, deliveries, and office needs
  • Manage office supplies, materials, and inventory
  • Coordinate mail, office organization, and administrative systems
  • Support leadership with scheduling, travel coordination, and expense reports
  • Maintain office equipment and coordinate service or maintenance as needed
  • Support shared spaces through supply replenishment and general organization
  • Partner with vendors for cleaning, maintenance, and office services
  • Assist with office events, team gatherings, and workplace logistics
  • Provide general administrative support across teams as needed
  • Code and categorize transactions and support expense tracking
  • Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end close processes
  • Maintain financial records, schedules, and documentation
  • Support purchase tracking, payables, and basic compliance tasks
  • Work in tools like Google Sheets, Brex, and ERP systems to support accuracy
