About The Position

Galliant is looking for a passionate and highly skilled Office Manager to join our new Ennis clinic! At Galliant, we believe in the power of compassion, innovation, and dedicated individuals coming together to make a real impact. Galliant provides ABA Therapy to children with Autism both in clinics and in home. We are seeking a hands-on Office Manager who will help manage and lead the clinic and be an essential part of our mission to provide personalized, evidence-based interventions for individuals with autism. Your work here goes beyond tasks – it's about making a lasting impact with most of the day-to-day duties being in team management, scheduling, office organization, helping out on the floor, managing performance metrics and supporting the clinical leadership. Requirements

  • Previous experience with staff management and scheduling (this is required)
  • Expert with systems, computer skills, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate a high level of flexibility to meet patient needs

Responsibilities

  • Leading and organizing team meetings and team events
  • Assist therapy staff with needs around the office
  • Be the staff's biggest advocate and assist staff on performance improvement where assigned
  • Schedule changes between therapists and families: unfortunately there's a fair amount of schedule changes weekly and daily. This is a critical function of the role and candidates must display a strong level of communication, planning, and organization. You will be responsible for contacting clinicians and families of any schedule changes
  • Providing a safe and therapeutic environment for daily patients and employees, while also ensuring the clinic is hitting its assigned metrics
  • Answering phones, responding to emails, assisting with research data collection and documentation and scheduling appointments
  • Effectively interacts with patients, families, physicians and other healthcare workers
  • Connect with local entities, schedule training, and represent the clinic at community events
  • Develop local referrers for clinic clients and manage leads
  • Will be required to become a certified RBT within 4 months of start date and will maintain a quarterly billable requirement of 60 hours
