About The Position

The Office Operations Manager oversees administrative operations and workplace management across five Denver metro office locations. This role partners closely with the Facilities team and building management to ensure office environments are safe, efficient, well-maintained, and aligned with company standards. This position provides leadership, direction, and accountability for a team of seven administrative and office support professionals while overseeing workplace operations, property-related responsibilities, budgets, vendors, and operational initiatives. The Office Operations Manager is responsible for leading the administrative team, establishing consistent processes and expectations, and driving accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across all locations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in administrative operations, office operations, workplace management, or related experience.
  • 4+ years of experience leading and developing teams.
  • Experience managing multiple office locations, workplace operations, and property-related activities.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize competing demands and make sound decisions.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to work fully onsite and travel between Denver-area office locations.
  • Must have permanent authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day property management activities for five Denver metro office locations, including vendor coordination, coordination with building management, and workplace improvements.
  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of seven administrative and office support professionals by establishing performance expectations, driving accountability, and fostering team growth.
  • Partner with the Facilities team on workplace services, maintenance activities, office improvements, and facility-related projects.
  • Manage vendor relationships, office resources, purchasing, and operational budgets while identifying opportunities for efficiency and cost efficiency.
  • Lead administrative projects, executive meetings, company events, and workplace initiatives from planning through execution.
