Requirements
- Office management or operations experience required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience with invoicing, finance, or loan processing preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations for a busy home sales center
- Coordinate contracts, loan processing, and customer files
- Schedule contractors, deliveries, and installations
- Process invoices and maintain accurate records
- Communicate with customers, lenders, manufacturers, and vendors
- Keep projects moving from contract to closing
