The Office Manager is responsible for administrative and operational leadership to a specific location within the broader practice, ensuring efficient and effective management, strategic growth, and the delivery of outstanding patient care. They are responsible for their location’s achievement of annual KPIs through the establishment of work procedures and standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness, the supervision of medical, nursing, and clerical staff to ensure quality patient care and accurate processes and is ultimately responsible for the productivity and success of the practice.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field or experience equivalent to education.
  • Demonstrated experience in a leadership role overseeing cardiology practices or healthcare facilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare operations, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced practice environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational leadership to an assigned practice location.
  • Collaborate with leads and managers within their location to optimize operational workflows, enhance efficiency, and streamline processes.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and industry standards.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care by monitoring and enhancing clinical and operational processes.
  • Provide leadership and oversight to regulatory requirements, safety, and compliance including ensuring the completion of all regulatory and compliance training and successful regulatory site visits including OSHA evaluations.
  • Responsible for creating an engaging culture within their assigned area that drives high employee performance and retention.
  • Identify issues, gather facts and resolve operational problems. Recommend and collaborate with Regional Director to resolve strategic issues.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing professional development opportunities.
  • Encourage teamwork, communication, and a positive working environment.
  • Estimates staffing needs and schedules and assigns responsibilities for the location
  • Provides operating insights to the Regional Director during budget design phase informing key function requirements needed to achieve set targets within the practice. Responsible for execution and achievement of budget at the location level including productivity, physician growth, and patient care needs.
