Full-Time Office Manager sought for Philadelphia Women’s Center, a state licensed ambulatory surgical center that has delivered excellence in abortion and reproductive healthcare for over 45 years, always at the forefront of best practices in our field. Our team members are committed to advocating and caring for people seeking legal, safe, compassionate and respectful abortion care, in addition to assistance for adoption services and prenatal care.
Requirements
- Customer Service management / Medical Front Office management
- Supervision experience
- Strong communication skills
- Advanced computer skills (EHR experience a plus!)
- Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual candidates preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Front Desk / Financial Intake staff and operations
- Serve as Center’s Manager on Duty as needed
- Actively work at the Front Desk / Financial Intake as needed
- Administrative work such as attendance records, staff schedules, meeting minutes
- Assisting in the education of practitioners in abortion care as assigned
- Contributing to various research programs as assigned
