Requirements

  • An Associate’s degree in a related business field with two (2) years of related experience; or four to six (4-6) years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
  • Ability to handle sensitive data and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively.
  • Ability to produce accurate work within regular deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing; with professional, technical, and field personnel.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to use a calculator and 10-key.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
  • English language fluency, verbal and written.
  • Acceptable results of a pre-employment background check and drug/alcohol test.

Responsibilities

  • Payroll – verifying time; data entry.
  • Checking time for drivers against log program or delivery points on the log.
  • Expenses.
  • Vacation tracking on spreadsheet.
  • Crude Oil manifests; data entry; notify drivers of correcting tickets; check delivery points.
  • Billing; rig move processed to Williston, bill pipe hauls, load/tally and unload/tally, and misc. jobs.
  • Drivers Daily Time.
  • Checking Run Tickets for mistakes.
  • Putting BHT# on manifests (Lease).
  • Separating run tickets.
  • Emailing Eighty-Eight Oil; oil tickets to Eighty-Eight Oil.
  • Inputting manifests in IBM, then file.
  • Tallies from pipe yard- post tallies inbound and outbound; checking paperwork for accuracy; description, row/rack, beginning and ending rack counts.
  • Emailing tallies to Companies.
  • Inputting tally info in IBM.
  • Checking Register weekly.
  • Coordinating with Terminal Superintendent and Safety personnel.
  • Supervises terminal clerks.
  • Issues written and oral instructions.
  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
  • Interviews, hires and trains employees
  • Addresses complaints and resolves problems while interfacing with terminal superintendent.
