We’re seeking an experienced Office Manager / Payroll & People Operations Lead to play a critical role in supporting our people, operations, and culture. This is not a transactional HR role—you’ll be a trusted partner to leadership, helping drive employee engagement, operational excellence, and organizational growth. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in payroll, HR, or office/operations management
  • Minium of an Associate's degree required
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with leadership and influence outcomes
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, compliance, and employee lifecycle management
  • Proven track record of improving processes and driving accountability
  • High attention to detail with the ability to balance strategic thinking and execution
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
  • Willingness to travel between five office locations as needed

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute end-to-end payroll processing with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement
  • Partner with leadership on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting and onboarding, with a focus on attracting and retaining top talent
  • Oversee benefits administration, leave management, and HR process optimization
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers on coaching, performance conversations, and employee development
  • Build and maintain scalable HR systems, policies, and compliance frameworks
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and company culture efforts
  • Coordinate and elevate training and professional development programs
  • Oversee office operations and cross-functional coordination, ensuring efficiency and alignment
  • Act as a central connector across departments to support communication and problem-solving
