The Human Resources Supervisor provides full-cycle HR leadership for a meat packing facility, supporting plant operations in a fast-paced, production-driven, and safety-focused environment. This role oversees recruitment, employee relations, compliance, payroll and HRIS administration, workforce planning, performance management, training, and engagement initiatives. As a key member of the plant leadership team, the HR Supervisor partners closely with the Plant Manager and department supervisors to align workforce strategy with operational goals, ensuring regulatory compliance, productivity, employee safety, and a positive workplace culture.
