About The Position

All Service Moving is seeking an experienced Office Furniture Installer to join its team in Portland, Oregon. The company specializes in commercial moves and FF&E installations for businesses, furniture dealers, designers, architects, and construction companies across Oregon. The installer will professionally deliver, assemble, and install office furniture systems for corporate clients, from small businesses to large-scale commercial projects. The position calls for a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

At least 2–3 years of experience in office furniture installation.
Ability to read assembly instructions, blueprints, and project plans.
Ability to lift more than 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks related to furniture installation.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
Collaborative attitude and commitment to delivering excellent service.
Valid driver's license for travel to job sites.

Responsibilities

Assemble and install office furniture systems, including desks, cubicles, chairs, and storage units.
Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely and accurate installations.
Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and manufacturer specifications.
Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality workmanship and client satisfaction.
Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues during installations.
Maintain tools and equipment used for furniture assembly.
Follow safety protocols and company guidelines throughout projects.
