Office Engineer

Luster National•Fresno, CA

About The Position

Luster is building a talent pool of Office Engineers at various skill levels for upcoming roles supporting large, complex heavy-civil infrastructure programs. Projects may include highways, roads, bridges, bus and rail transit, international airports, and water/wastewater infrastructure, delivered through traditional and alternative methods. This posting is for future opportunities and does not correspond to a currently available position. Selected candidates may be activated in the specialty-area talent pool and notified first when project needs arise. They support reliable decisions concerning payment, time, and entitlement, with documentation that can withstand later audits or claim review. Scope and complexity vary by experience level. The role requires communication and coordination with contractors, designers, and agency staff, along with strong organization, multitasking, collaboration, curiosity, problem-solving, and continuous improvement. Luster offers a stated expected salary range of $90,000–$150,000 per year ($43–$72 per hour), with the final offer depending on factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, licenses, and location. The employer describes an inclusive workplace and states that qualified applicants receive consideration without regard to protected status. Positions may be subject to a background check and drug test after a conditional offer, as permitted by applicable regulations.
