•$90,000 - $150,000

About The Position

Luster is seeking Office Engineers at various skill levels to support large, complex heavy civil infrastructure programs, including highways, roads, bridges, bus and rail transit, international airports, and water/wastewater projects using traditional and alternative delivery methods. Office Engineers manage construction-office processes such as submittals, RFIs, contract records, pay applications, and change documentation, maintaining complete and current records to support payment, schedule, entitlement, audit, and claim decisions. This posting is for future roles rather than a currently available opportunity. Luster accepts applications and interviews candidates ahead of anticipated hiring needs. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering, construction, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, along with at least five years of office engineering experience on large, complex heavy-civil infrastructure projects exceeding $500 million. The expected salary range is $90,000–$150,000 per year ($43–$72 per hour), with the final offer dependent on factors including experience, skills, education, certifications, and location. Luster describes its work environment as inclusive and diverse. Employment may be subject to background checks and drug testing after a conditional offer, as permitted by applicable law. Applicants may contact [email protected] to request accommodations for the application process.
