About The Position

The Office Coordinator is responsible for greeting customers both in person and over the phone and providing administrative support essential to the daily operations of the shop. This role involves managing customer interactions, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office environment.

Requirements

  • Bilingual: English Spanish
  • Positive enthusiastic demeanor
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Exceptional multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Proficient with a computer and software

Nice To Haves

  • Prior administrative experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Greets and assists all guests politely.
  • Answers and routes phone calls.
  • Explains the repair process to customers.
  • Collects payments and provides guests with receipts, repair estimates, or work orders.
  • Performs Account Receivable tasks and communication.
  • Updates time clocks.
  • Maintains office supplies.
  • Complies with all TCC’s safety standards, guidelines, and procedures.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
