About The Position

Clarvida is seeking an Office Coordinator to oversee daily office operations and ensure a professional, efficient, and welcoming work environment. This role provides administrative support to management and requires independent judgment, initiative, and strong organizational skills. You will play a key role in maintaining records, preparing reports, and supporting compliance with accreditation guidelines.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid State Driver’s License and active automobile insurance
  • Ability to obtain an Illinois Driver’s License within thirty (30) days of hire if relocating from out of state
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations to maintain a professional and effective workspace
  • Provide administrative support to management using independent judgment and initiative
  • Prepare internal and external monthly program reports
  • Maintain accurate program and office records in accordance with accreditation guidelines
  • Support coordination of office activities and administrative processes
  • Communicate effectively with staff, leadership, and external partners as needed
