About The Position
A local multi-family property owner is seeking a full-time Property Leasing Coordinator for a mobile home community in Harker Heights, Texas. The role involves resident services, leasing, administrative work, prospect outreach, and enforcing community rules. The employer is looking for an energetic, outgoing, highly organized person with strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering an exceptional living experience. Potential growth opportunities are available. Compensation is $18 per hour. Medical benefits are available. Applicants must complete a pre-employment drug test and background check.
Requirements
- Speak Spanish.
- Be highly organized and disciplined.
- Be self-motivated, proactive, and able to follow directions well.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Have computer skills, including experience with Microsoft products.
- Be able to bend, kneel, stretch, squat, and walk; lift up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift more than 15 pounds.
- Be firm but respectful in communication, highly accountable, and reliable in follow-through and follow-up.
- Be comfortable with difficult conversations and able to remain calm in emotional or confrontational situations.
- Be thick-skinned while remaining compassionate and empathetic.
- Be results-driven.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a collections role in a residential or mobile-home setting.
- Familiarity with the Michigan legal process and eviction process.
Responsibilities
- Respond to resident inquiries and resolve resident complaints.
- Receive and enter payments into the property management system and perform other administrative duties.
- Guide prospects and applicants through the residency application process, including showing homes, submitting applications, and preparing, submitting, and executing lease documents.
- Make outbound calls to prospects and track prospect activity in the property management system.
- Enforce and maintain community rules and regulations.
- Be responsible for the entire collections program.
