Beyond Finance is looking for an Office Coordinator to join our Atlanta office. The ideal candidate can support multiple areas of the company and be an in-office presence for team members.

Requirements

  • Office management experience, particularly in a small, entrepreneurial environment
  • Experience with Google Suite including Docs, Sheets, Calendar, and Mail
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills
  • Must be able to succeed in a fast-paced environment and is excited to be a part of a dynamic office staff.

Nice To Haves

  • College degree preferred, but not required with significant related experience

Responsibilities

  • Office Coordinator responsibilities include making office services arrangements, greeting visitors, and providing general administrative support to employees.
  • Point person for maintenance and building requests, safety program, mail service, shipping and receiving, and food/beverages.
  • Facilitate services for facilities and IT office support including ordering and invoice verifications.
  • Plan, schedule, and ensure successful execution of office meetings and group events.
  • Executive administrative support and scheduling for business leaders in the office.
  • Schedule travel and prepare expense reports.
  • Support office events, including recruitment initiatives, interview scheduling, and networking events.
  • Assist with new employee logistics including desk setup and onboarding to ensure a productive first week.
  • Partner with HR on employee onboarding and offboarding processes and other general administrative personnel tasks.
